• Please arrive on time.
• We encourage swimmers to attend a minimum of three practices a week.
• For dryland practices, please wear athletic attire and tennis shoes. For swim practice, have goggles and appropriate swim attire.

• Please also refer to the Parents Code of Conduct for rules and regulations regarding swim team practices.
• Swimmers are required to wear proper swim attire to practice. Girls must wear a one-piece suit (no ruffles or decorative pieces). Boys must wear proper jammers.  Swimmers are highly encouraged to wear swim caps and goggles at all practices.

Practices Until the Conclusion of School (April 14th - May 29th) 

Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays & Friday Evenings

• 4:00pm - 4:30pm green group (6 & Under - Group A)**
• 4:30pm - 5:00pm green group (6 & Under - Group B)**
• 4:00pm - 4:45pm blue group 7's 
• 4:45pm - 5:30pm blue group 8's 
• 5:15pm - 6:15pm teal group (ages 9-10)
• 6:00pm - 7:15pm silver group (ages 11-12)
• 7:00pm - 8:15pm gold group (ages 13 and up)

**In an effort for more one on one attention, 6 and under will be split into two groups. One small group on Tuesdays, one small group on Thursdays. They will practice as a full group on Wednesdays and Fridays. Here is a link to view the assigned groups.**

Practices During Summer Break (June 2nd - July 10th) 

Tuesday & Thursday Mornings

• 7:00-8:00 a.m. teal group (ages 9-10)
• 8:00-9:00 a.m. silver group (ages 11-12)
• 9:00-10:15 a.m. gold group (ages 13 and up)
• 10:00-11:00 a.m. blue group (ages 7-8)
• 10:45-11:30 a.m. green group (ages 6 and under)

Wednesday & Friday Mornings

• 7:00-8:00 a.m. silver group (ages 11-12)
• 8:00-9:00 a.m. teal group (ages 9-10)
• 9:00-10:15 a.m. gold group (ages 13 and up)
• 10:00-11:00 a.m. blue group (ages 7-8)
